Freedom Fitness Coaching began as a response to my experience of the fitness industry; a fundamentally broken, unrealistic setup filled with toxic messaging that often leaves everyday people feeling like they’re never enough.
Like many, I fell into the trap, and through constantly trying to look how I was told I should look I ended up dealing with disordered eating and burnout in pursuit of a body that was never quite "good enough."
That experience lit a fire in me. I created Freedom Fitness Coaching to be the antidote to all of that. Here, fitness isn't about punishment, restriction, or obsession. It's about freedom — from guilt, from shame, and from the pressure to conform.
I help people to rebuild their relationship with fitness. Learning methods of eating and exercising that work for them, lead to the goals they care about without sacrificing the things that make their lives worth living. No more extremes. With Personalised Programming, we’ll have an initial consultation to get to know your goals, lifestyle, and what you actually enjoy. From there, I’ll create a fitness and nutrition plan that fits you.
You’ll get access to an easy-to-use app so you can keep progressing at your own pace, with the option to stay connected for a small monthly fee. Stress-free, simple, and designed to make fitness feel good.

Personal Training Sessions are held at SRWFitness, a bespoke personal training studio at the Glass Yard, in Chesterfield.
As a freelance trainer we have access to the studio and as a client you will enjoy a top of the range training facility with 2 hours of free parking and no additional fees to use the facility.
